Pinot Noir
This Pinot Noir is light peppery red - that wins you over with its subtleties. It has notes of earthiness balanced with white pepper and blackberry fruit. Whether you want to serve it at room temperature or chilled - it’s a red that is down for whatever.
Origin: Curicó Valley, Chile
Ingredients: 100% Organic Grapes, 100% Wild Yeast, 100% Pinot Noir, Vegan-Friendly
This Pinot Noir comes from the Curicó Valley appellation in Chile and is located in the central valley between the Pacific Ocean and the Andes. This is a cool climate region, perfect for growing Pinot Noir. This wine is unique because the vines are original European rootstock from Burgundy, France, grown on volcanic basalt and limestone. This terroir keeps the soil cold and allows the Pinot Noir to ripen perfectly.
After hand-harvesting the grape, we cold soak the grapes with stems for five days to extract earthier aromas that balance the varietal's dark berry flavors and minimize harsh tannins. After the soak, we let the fermentation begin and keep the grapes in concrete tanks, which helps to extract the color and primary aromas. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is aged in neutral french oak for nine months.

I never received the product. I would like my money to be refunded. Nor did I opt for recurring shipments. I want to be removed from that.

Not a favorite for me
Unique, tasty treat. Full body. Slightly acidic, but not overly so.
Light, compliment to a great evening.
I’ve been looking for a good bagged wine. This rose is delicious.
Work with people who care
We respect the land and hands behind the wine and work with those who share our ethos.

Organic farming
Today, only 3% of wine sold in the US is organic. We believe this should be the standard. All our vineyards practice organic farming free of pesticides and herbicides.
Use of Indigeneous Yeast
Our wines are fermented with yeast native to the vineyards which results in a longer fermentation time. Fermentation is when yeast converts sugar in the grape into alcohol. Using indigenous yeast produces more complex and layered tasting notes.
What we don't do
🚫 No pesticides or herbicides
🚫 No mega purple dye
🚫 No sawdust
