Sauv Blanc
This Sauvy B is a mega porch pounder. It is crisp, and lively with citrus aromas. It’s best served with friends.
Origin: Curicó Valley, Chile
Ingredients: 100% Organic Grapes, 100% Indigenous Yeast, 85% Sauvignon Blanc, 15% Riesling, Vegan-Friendly
Our Sauvignon Blanc hails from the Curicó Valley, boasting a viticulture tradition dating back to the 1800s. While the Spanish conquistadors brought the vines, the French brought viticultural knowledge to the country during the late 20th century.
The terroir is a combination of sand and the granitic decomposition of the coastal mountain range. This fertile soil is rich in volcanic basalt and limestone. This combination keeps the soil cold and allows the Sauv Blanc to ripen perfectly. These soils are far more fertile than those in other wine-producing regions of Chile and have been a major player in the success of the region's wines.
We hand harvest our Sauvignon Blanc, ferment it in a stainless steel tan, stir on lees, and then blend it with dry Riesling. This beautiful white wine has tropical fruit aromas and acidity typical of a traditional Sauvignon Blanc, but the addition of the Riesling adds beautiful floral notes and minerality.

I am such a fan of the Rose, Blanc and Pinot. Wonderful all year round. These are my go to gifts or contributions to a gathering.
Mai Vino’s organic, naturally fermented wines are a delight! I’ve enjoyed their Pinot Noir, Amber, Rosé, and Sauvignon Blanc, and each is refreshingly light with a pleasant, clean taste. The commitment to organic practices and natural fermentation shines through in every sip, making these wines a fantastic choice for anyone seeking quality and sustainability. Highly recommend exploring their range!
Loving this Pinot Noir!
Only recently realized how much garbage was in red wine. Glad to have found this delicious clean Pinot!
One of my favorites, great for warmer weather afternoons.
Not a favorite for me
Work with people who care
We respect the land and hands behind the wine and work with those who share our ethos.

Organic farming
Today, only 3% of wine sold in the US is organic. We believe this should be the standard. All our vineyards practice organic farming free of pesticides and herbicides.
Use of Indigeneous Yeast
Our wines are fermented with yeast native to the vineyards which results in a longer fermentation time. Fermentation is when yeast converts sugar in the grape into alcohol. Using indigenous yeast produces more complex and layered tasting notes.
