$30.00
Select Number of Pouches

This Rose is mouth-watering. It’s dry and has a fantastic muscular acidity that balances its strawberry fruit flavors.

Origin: Navarra, Spain

Ingredients: 100% Organic Grapes, 100% Indigenous Yeast, 35% Tempranillo, 27% Merlot, 25% Red Garnacha, 7% Syrah, 6% Cabernet, Vegan-Friendly

This rosé wine hails from the Bardenas Reales desert in the northernmost region of Spain - the border of Rioja and France. Navarra is best known for having the best rosé wines and gained this reputation during the Middle Ages, as medieval pilgrims going on the Camino de Santiago route began noting the exceptionally high quality of rosé wines encountered while passing through the Kingdom of Navarra.

Our rosé is always made from red grapes and remains in contact with the skins until it has the right color - between 8-12 hours. After the grapes are pressed, and the skins are separated, we ferment the wine in a stainless steel tank for 30 days. We use indigenous yeasts and ferment at a low temperature to preserve the aromas. Once fermentation ends, we rack the wine and quickly blend a combination of red grenache, syrah, tempranillo, merlot, and cabernet sauvignon. Afterward, we stir the lees (dead yeast) in a stainless steel tank to add a creamy flavor and balance the acidity.

Our wine philosophy

Work with people who care

We respect the land and hands behind the wine and work with those who share our ethos.

Organic farming

Today, only 3% of wine sold in the US is organic. We believe this should be the standard. All our vineyards practice organic farming free of pesticides and herbicides.

Use of Indigeneous Yeast

Our wines are fermented with yeast native to the vineyards which results in a longer fermentation time. Fermentation is when yeast converts sugar in the grape into alcohol. Using indigenous yeast produces more complex and layered tasting notes.
